Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For trading cards and index cards sent to me for autographing, buyers must provide proof of purchase and include stamped return envelopes. Failure to do so may result in delays or the return of items without a signature.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR “TRADING CARD(S)” & “INDEX CARD
Buyer must provide his/her own Trading Card(s) and/or 4x6 Index Card(s), the number of which must match the quantity purchased. After purchase, send the item(s) and a copy of the payment receipt to Mike Bass, 4703 NW 36th St., Gainesville, FL 32605. Allow 21 business days for the return by Mike.
Autograph Information
There are two types of autographs available, "Autograph Only" items, which reflect ONLY Mike's autograph, and "Personalized Message" items, which reflect Mike's autograph, ask that purchasers include to whom the autograph is to be made & a predetermined special message from Mike. Purchasers indicate their selection, “Autograph Only” or “With Personal Message”, from the *OPTION represented to the RIGHT.
