Because each “Personal Message” is different, insert in the “Option” box to the RIGHT NAME & ONE (1) of the below Phrases for EACH person that will receive the photo or index card. (Example: John-Best of Luck).  “Autograph Only” & “Trading Card” purchasers DO NOT qualify for “With Personal Message” for this option. 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For trading cards and index cards sent to me for autographing, buyers must provide proof of purchase and include stamped return envelopes. Failure to do so may result in delays or the return of items without a signature.

There are two types of autographs available, "Autograph Only" items, which reflect ONLY Mike's autograph, and "Personalized Message" items, which reflect Mike's autograph, ask that purchasers include to whom the autograph is to be made & a predetermined special message from Mike.  Purchasers indicate their selection, “Autograph Only” or “With Personal Message”, from the *OPTION represented to the RIGHT.
